Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2027 GC Predators Baseball

No fees are collected until an athlete is offered a roster position. At the time a roster offer is made, a deposit will be charged to hold that roster spot. In the event a player is unable to play 50% of the season fee will be issued if the player notifies us prior to December 1st. After December 1st, no refunds will be issued.

2027 GC Predators Softball

No fees are collected until an athlete is offered a roster position. At the time a roster offer is made, a deposit will be charged to hold that roster spot. 2027 Pinto League (Ages 6-8)

Refunds will only be issued in the event the team is cancelled due to low participation. In the event this occurs, 100% of fee's will be refunded.
