What aged players are appropriate for this program?

This program is for athletes ages 6-8

What time of the year does this program run?

This program runs from mid-April through the end of June.

Where are practices and games typically held?

Practices and Home games will be played at Krisik Park in Genoa City, Away games are played in nearby towns generally with 30 minutes of Genoa City. Practices and Games are generally held on weeknights but there may be an occasional weekend game or practice.

When are practices and how often are they?

We aim for playing 2-3 days a week. At the start of the season, this will be mostly practices.

How many games will they play? What days of the week?

They will play 10-15 games. Generally games are during the week but may have a game or two over a weekend.

Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?

A Jersey and hat is included in the team fees.

What costs beyond registration fees should be expected?

A Fundraiser will be the only costs beyond registration fees.

This program is designed for learning fundamentals, sportsmanship, and developing a love for the game. No experience is needed.

Your player will need to bring the following equipment:

-Baseball Glove

-Bat (we do have a few for use)

-Batting Helmet

-Athletic Shoes or Cleats

-Athletic Pants

-Athletic Cup (for Boys)

We are an all volunteer program so we need your help. If you are interested in coaching, helping coach, helping with grounds care, etc please let us know. WE are extremely grateful for any help you can provide so we can provide a great experience for our youth.
